Annual Meeting
MAHAMS sponsors an Annual Meeting and luncheon at a North Shore location that allows past and present members the opportunity to come together in a large setting and bond with other housing authority employees, as well as state housing officials. The business of the Annual Meeting is voted on by the membership. Fundraising raffles are held to generate scholarship money that is awarded at the Annual Maintenance Conference.
We believe in the networking of maintenance personnel to meet their housing authority peers, learn about new maintenance products and techniques, as well as simply bonding with people who share a common goal - the maintenance and preservation of public housing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
