We offer one day learning opportunities called "shirt sleeve" clinics throughout the state. Timely maintenance topics including grounds maintenance, heating systems, snow removal are some of the topics offered to the maintenance staffs.
Our next clinic is in March 2012.
The Annual Meeting is held each June to conduct general business, to present reports to the membership and to elect the slate of Officers to lead our organization.
Next year's meeting will be in June 2012.
The Annual Maintenance Conference is held each September and offers your maintenance staff the opportunity to learn from industry professionals, their housing authority peers, and invited guests from around the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Next year's meeting will be held September 23-25, 2012, at the Resort and Conference Center at Hyannis.
